Unless otherwise stated, Premier sensory Boutiques and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on sensoryboutiques.com.au website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Premier Sensory boutiques is happy and ready to sell you their products subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof the goods are purchased from Premier Sensory Boutiques.
Premier Sensory Boutiques shall not be liable for damages caused to the goods after safe delivery and commission.
The 3 months guarantee will only apply if the product malfunction is proved to be manufacturer cause, warranty falls away if proven to have been customer tempered.
Your warranty represent that you use the products according to clear instructions explained on commission of product.
Premier Sensory Boutiques reserves the right to its trademark and features for any other purpose except for marketing its products
